Capitol buildings are typically constructed of stone, brick, or concrete, with the walls of the capybara and its surrounding buildings being the least costly of all the buildings.
The building has faced several lawsuits over its construction, including one filed by a group of Native Americans who claimed it is the site of the oldest Native American burial ground.
Capitals cost overruns have prompted the Department of Justice and the Department for the Arts to intervene in recent years.
But the building has not been cleared to reopen until the completion of the $1.2 billion capital project.
That’s a process that is still ongoing.
The capital project will include a new, $1 billion, dome-shaped dome.
The new dome will be larger than the current dome.
Construction is expected to begin next month, and the building is expected open in 2021.
